Can I use the Visa Card to purchase theme park tickets?
Yes, you can use the theme park Visa Gift Card to purchase any theme park ticket or any merchant that accepts the Visa logo card as a payment method.
Are there any other fees?
Yes, additional fees: are Resort Fee’s $4.95 per day plus 12.5% Local Tax on non-promotional rate (Due at check-in).
Can I get additional nights?
Yes, you can get additional nights (based on availability). During the check out process you may purchase additional nights, or by contacting us.
Is this offer refundable?
The offer is non refundable however you may change your dates for a future use. You can use your offer up to 12 months from the date of purchase. This offer is non refundable because we prepay for hotel nights and tickets to get you the best possible rates.
Can I purchase additional theme park tickets?
You may purchase more theme park tickets at the welcome center. The welcome center usually has daily deals that you can take advantage of.
How does the down payment option work?
The down payment option allows you to book this great deal and book your travel dates whenever you are ready. Just log into our dashboard, choose your dates, pay the remaining balance and thats it! You don't need to have your exact travel dates at the time of booking.
How do I know if I qualify for this promotion?

How do I know if I qualify for this promotion?

Can I purchase this offer multiple times and get more tickets?
You may only get one ticket offer per household. Buying multiple offers to get more tickets would not be permitted. Only one ticket deal will be permitted per household.
Where do I pick up my tickets?
We have 2 welcome centers. One located near Disneyworld and another ticket center by Universal Studios. We will have your tickets at your closest location.
How do I get my tickets?
Your tickets will be provided to you after your resort preview. The preview is scheduled within days of your arrival to Orlando. All the information will be provided once you finalize your booking.
What time are the resort previews?
Resort previews are usually done early in the morning and up to noon time. You may request a preferred preview time, however, the preview time will not be confirmed until your finalize your booking.
What is the exact address of the ticket center?
The exact address will be provided in our confirmation email, once the booking is complete. Our ticket centers are located within our partner hotels near the Disney and Universal area.
Do I have to check into the welcome center first?
Yes, you must check in to the welcome center first in order to check in.
Does it offer free theme park transportation?
Yes, this hotel offers free transportation to Disney and other theme parks
Does this offer require a presentation test?
No, this offer does not require any presentation of any kind.
Why is the hotel name and location private?
For us to bring you these great deals, we can't give you the hotel or street address until after you book. Once you book your room, we immediately confirm your reservation and show you the hotel's complete details, including its name and exact location.
Can I book a same-day reservation?
No. The booking must be completed at least 48 hours before check in.
What’s the "down payment option"?
Our members can "hold" a date until the end of the sale by choosing the down payment option. Organizing a vacation takes time; we know that. Especially when you’re traveling with others, organizing several trips or just need time to plan, we understand that you may not be able to commit to a booking immediately.
How do we check in?
Once your done with the booking we will provide you with a location to pick your check in voucher. The location will be within 3 miles of your hotel.
